All International shipping will be couriered either
by Speedpost Worldwide Courier (EMS)

Speedpost Worldwide Courier will take about 1-4 working days

by Speedpost Air Parcel
Please refer to the shipping details here
Speedpost Air Parcel will take about 6-14 working days.

RETURNS

Returns:
Thank you for shopping at Moderno Estilo!

An exchange and refund will be made only under the following circumstances:

1) Items delivered are not the correct item.
2) Defective items
3) The size of the item varies largely from the product description.

The above incident are likely to happen however it is kept at its minimum.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused to you.
Please refer to our exchange and refund procedure below to help smoothen the exchange and refund process

We are not responsible for any damage caused after washing.
We do not refund purchase for items ordered wrongly.
All items are thoroughly checked before delivery.
Original delivery / shipping charges are not refundable.

    * How do I request for an exchange or refund to be made?

1) Take a picture of the defective item.
2) Send the picture to us via email (moderno.estilo@gmail.com) with the following details:

    * Order ID
    * Item code
    * Attached picture of defective item
    * Brief description of the defective parts
    * State if you would like an exchange or refund

3) Wait for a follow up email regarding your request.

For a higher replacement value, top up is required.

    * Do I need to post the defective item back to Moderno Estilo?

There are some circumstances whereby we require you to post the item back to us.
The cost and risk incurred for returns are payable by purchaser.

    * If item is out of stock, will refund be made to me?

Yes, we will refund you and the amount will be credited into your account balance.
You may use them to purchase a different item.
